Sleepytime Yoga artfully weaves Yin poses with pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness meditation, inviting you to taste the power of these combined practices designed to calm your nervous system, open your heart and mind, and cultivate your own inner peace.
It is the perfect class to wind down, dissolve tension, and melt away the stresses of the day. This practice starts with sweet gentle poses followed by deep “yin” floor stretches. Enjoy and prepare to sleep after this one!
Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice that allows the student to cultivate Yin qualities such as compassion, introspection, patience, sensitivity, stillness, and surrender.
